Terms of Use

These terms govern the rights and responsibilities between you and SGABG when you use our website and mobile apps.

Last updated: July 12, 2026Effective: July 12, 2026

In these terms

  1. Acceptance and Scope
  2. Services and Changes
  3. License and Intellectual Property
  4. Your Content and Acceptable Use
  5. Feature Responsibilities and Risks
  6. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds
  7. Third-Party Services
  8. Suspension and Termination
  9. Disclaimers and Liability
  10. Updates, Law, and Contact

1. Acceptance and Scope

These terms apply to the SGABG website and our NFC, transcription, white-noise, Pomodoro, and SMS-filtering mobile apps (together, the “Services”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using a Service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Minors and others unable to enter a binding agreement should use them only after a guardian reviews and accepts these terms. If acting for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it.

2. Services and Changes

Current features, supported devices, languages, and regions are described in the applicable app version and store listing. Some features require compatible hardware, system permissions, internet access, or third-party services.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features for product, operational, security, legal, or platform reasons. Where reasonably practical and legally required, we will give advance notice. Purchased entitlements remain subject to applicable law and store rules.

3. License and Intellectual Property

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Services on supported devices for personal or lawful internal purposes.

Software, interfaces, trademarks, graphics, audio, text, and other Service materials belong to SGABG or their respective owners. Except where law expressly permits, you may not copy, rent, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass technical protections, or remove rights notices.

4. Your Content and Acceptable Use

You retain rights in content you import, record, scan, create, or save and must have authority to process it. Do not infringe privacy, copyright, trade secrets, or other rights, or use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, disruptive, or access-control-circumvention activities.

We do not acquire ownership of your content. If you submit content to support, you permit us to process it only as needed to investigate and respond to your request.

5. Feature Responsibilities and Risks

Do not use NFC, QR, or scanning tools to copy access credentials or gain unauthorized access. Obtain required consent before recording or transcribing others. SMS filters can misclassify or miss messages, so review system categories. Timers, white noise, and wellness content are general aids, not medical advice.

Automated recognition, transcription, classification, scans, and statistics can be incomplete or inaccurate. Check results against the source and context, and do not use them as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other high-risk decisions.

6. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Pricing, trials, billing cycles, auto-renewal, and entitlements are shown at purchase. The app store may collect payment and handle taxes, verification, cancellation, and refunds under its terms.

Cancel auto-renewal through your Apple ID, Huawei account, or other platform account before the platform deadline. Deleting an app usually does not cancel a subscription. Purchase restoration and refund eligibility follow applicable law and store rules.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or rely on app stores, system capabilities, websites, or other third-party services. Their availability, content, charges, and data practices are governed by their own terms and policies.

We do not control or warrant third-party services, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Review their terms before use.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create a security risk, or law requires action. You may stop using and uninstall the Services at any time.

Provisions that by nature should survive will remain effective, including intellectual property, liability limits, and dispute terms. Export or back up important local content before you stop using a Service.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

We provide the Services with reasonable care but do not promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or suitable for every specific need. Networks, devices, updates, third parties, and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for reasonably avoidable data loss or indirect, incidental, or special damages. Nothing excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability for personal injury, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence where it cannot legally be limited.

10. Updates, Law, and Contact

We may update these terms as the Services or law changes and will publish revisions through the website, an in-app notice, or another reasonable channel. We will give advance notice of material changes where required; continued use after effectiveness means acceptance.

The law where the Service provider is established governs these terms without removing mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction. Try to resolve disputes informally first; unresolved claims may be brought before a court or body with lawful jurisdiction.
