1. Scope and Principles

This policy applies to the SGABG website and our NFC, transcription, white-noise, Pomodoro, and SMS-filtering mobile apps (together, the “Services”). App stores, operating systems, and third-party products are governed by their own policies.

We follow principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, necessity, and data minimization. Information needs vary by app version, operating system, and the features you enable. Feature-specific notices and system permission prompts also apply.

2. Information We Process

Feature and on-device data: depending on the feature you choose, an app may process NFC tag data, QR codes, scan results, recordings or imported audio, transcripts, focus history, preferences, and SMS sender or message content on your device. We prioritize on-device processing unless a feature clearly states that online processing is required or you choose to share, export, or submit content.

Device and diagnostics: with your consent or when platform settings permit, we may receive device model, OS and app version, language, crash logs, and performance diagnostics for compatibility and troubleshooting—not for advertising profiles.

Purchases: Apple, Huawei, or the relevant store processes payments and subscriptions. We may receive an order identifier, product type, entitlement status, and expiration date to verify or restore access, but not your full card number or payment password.

Support: if you contact us, we process the contact details, description, attachments, and correspondence you provide. Please do not send sensitive information unrelated to your issue.

Website data: hosting or security providers may generate essential logs such as IP address, browser type, access time, requested page, and error details for security, operations, and troubleshooting.

3. Device Permissions

Only when relevant to a feature, an app may request access to NFC, camera, photos, microphone, speech recognition, notifications, network, or an SMS-filtering extension. Refusing or withdrawing access does not affect unrelated features, but the relevant feature may not work.

You can review or revoke permissions in system settings, delete local records in the app, or uninstall the app. Data managed by the operating system must be handled through controls provided by that system.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases

We process necessary information to deliver requested features, verify purchases, retain settings, respond to support, keep the Services secure and reliable, comply with law, and improve our products.

Depending on applicable law, our legal bases may include performing our agreement with you, consent, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in preventing fraud and maintaining security and reliability. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party cross-app targeted advertising. When necessary to provide the Services, we may share the minimum required information with app stores, platform providers, cloud, crash-diagnostics, or technical-support vendors under appropriate confidentiality and security requirements.

We may disclose information when legally required, to protect users, the public, or SGABG, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer. We will provide notice when required. A third party acting as an independent controller applies its own privacy policy.

6. Retention and International Processing

You control content stored on your device; it normally remains until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall. Support records, essential logs, and transaction entitlements are retained only for the shortest period needed for the stated purpose, disputes, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

Providers may process information outside your location. Where cross-border safeguards are required, we take appropriate steps such as limiting transfers, using contractual protections, or obtaining consent.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures proportionate to risk, including access controls, least-privilege practices, transmission safeguards, and security updates, to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

No internet or software system is completely secure. If an incident may affect your rights, we will take remedial action and provide legally required notice with available impact and protective steps.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; or ask us to explain our processing. We may verify your identity and will respond within the legally required period.

If information exists only on your device, we cannot access or delete it remotely; use the app or system controls. Exercise rights over store account and purchase data directly with the relevant platform.

9. Children

The Services are primarily intended for users able to enter a binding agreement. Minors should use them and submit information only with guidance from a parent or guardian, and with consent where required by law.

A guardian who believes a minor submitted information without appropriate consent may contact us through the channel below. We will verify and address the request as required by law.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy as features, technology, or law changes. We will communicate material changes through the website, an in-app notice, or another reasonable channel. The revised policy applies from its stated effective date.

For questions, complaints, or privacy-rights requests, contact the support team through the relevant app-store product page or SGABG’s App Store developer profile. Include the app, device platform, and nature of your request so we can assist.
